Digital pass delivery and physical festival badge collection.
Service fulfillment
Enlighten Media Private Limited offers event registrations and festival delegate passes; no physical merchandise is shipped via courier.
Digital delivery
Live payment and email/SMS delivery are not yet active. Review orders do not issue passes. Before paid bookings open, the delivery service must be enabled and tested. The planned digital delivery is a confirmation email and SMS with a unique Registration Reference ID and Digital Pass Receipt within 2 to 5 minutes of successful Razorpay payment confirmation.
Physical badge collection
Delegates must present their Digital Pass confirmation along with valid Photo ID (and Student/Film Society ID where applicable) at the Festival Registration Desk at P. L. Deshpande Maharashtra Kala Academy, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, starting Friday, 8 January 2027 from 7:30 AM onwards, to collect their physical delegate badge and lanyard.
