Delegate pass cancellation, refund eligibility and processing.
Final sales
All sales of General Delegate Passes (₹1,000), Student Passes (₹750) and Film Society Member Passes (₹750) for the 23rd Third Eye Asian Film Festival on enlighten.co.in are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked.
Event cancellation
If the 23rd Third Eye Asian Film Festival is cancelled by the organisers, Enlighten Media Private Limited will issue a 100% full refund of the pass amount.
Duplicate payment / failed transaction
If a delegate is charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full upon verification. Contact support with the transaction reference for charged but unconfirmed transactions.
Refund processing timeline
All approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay and credited back to the original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card or NetBanking account) within 5 to 7 working days.
