Privacy & applicable law
Enlighten Media Private Limited respects your privacy and complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection regulations.
Information collected
Festival registration collects Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number (+91), age confirmation and ID verification details for festival accreditation. Contact enquiries collect name, email, organisation and message. Voluntary Enlighten Notes sign-ups are separate from enquiries.
Payment security
When live checkout is enabled, online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Enlighten Media Private Limited does not store credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI credentials on its servers. Review mode collects no payment.
Data use
Festival personal data is used strictly for issuing passes, sending festival schedule updates and verifying identity at the venue. It is never sold or rented to third parties. Necessary service providers process data only to deliver these services. We use enquiry details to reply; we do not add enquirers to a mailing list.
